I had a very frustrating experience trying to check in. Even though I had booked the room, I was denied access because I didn't have a physical credit card for the deposit. My family and I ended up stranded in the lobby for hours, which was upsetting for my children. The front desk staff showed no compassion during this ordeal, which made the situation much worse.

The free shuttle was a lifesaver! the room was a bit dated, which let it down. The staff were really friendly, though, and made the stay enjoyable.

the room was nice enough, but noise from the hallway REALLY kept me up all night. also, the elevators were broken down, which is such a basic thing to get right. and honestly, after all that, a complimentary drink or something woudl ve been nice, but I guess I’m just regular here. could've been great, but wasn’t.

I enjoyed the prompt airport shuttle service, which made my travel so much easier. The location is just 15 minutes away from the airport, ideal for quick access. Moxie's restaurant offered a delicious, reasonably-priced menu that made my stay even more delightful.

Had a fantastic stay with easy access to Moxie's for great food and a super comfortable room with a fridge and coffee maker. The pool and fitness center were a nice way to unwind after a day of travel. Just a heads up, the shuttle service could be a bit more consistent, but overall, I’d totally recommend this place! 😊

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with local info, which I still remember fondly. Highly recommend!
